Sai Dham Canada and Toronto Gayatri Pariwar is coming together to offer PRAGYA YOG with the guidance and inspiration from Shantikunj, Haridwar.
Food is Brahma. To have a healthy, wealthy and happy life; food plays a major role.
The yoga gurus will be teaching yog sadhana and mediation in three levels and the Nutritionists will be explaining the benefits of the type of food that one requires to intake to improve the quality of life and prevent major diseases like obesity, heart disease, high blood pressure, high cholesterol and so on.
Yog sadhana and meditation along with the right food intake will help every individual to bring happiness to oneself and give happiness to others and have a peaceful life.
Each level is for 6 to 8 weeks and each session is for 1 hour and 30 minutes. The classes will held every Saturday from 4:00 p.m. To 5:30 p.m.
